Kiwi is a small fruit with a bright green flesh, white pulp and black seeds in the centre. They taste similar to strawberry, banana and pineapple mix.
Originally kiwis come from China where they are called ‘’macaque peach’’. They are packed with vitamin C, E and dietary fiber.
You can enjoy kiwi in salads; tarts; kiwi chutney can go with chicken or fish or simply you can eat them fresh.

4 kiwis, peeled
130 ml plain yogurt
100 ml cream
3 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
4 teaspoons honey
4 ice cubes
Cut each peeled kiwi in 4 pieces and place in a blender, blend for 2 minutes or until fruits are pureed.
Add remaining ingredients and blend for further 3-4 minutes.
Serve in tall glass.
