Gratin generally prepared in a shallow dish and traditionally served in its baking dish. The beauty of this dish is you can make it beforehand as gratin freezes well. Just defrost when you need, top with cheese and/or breadcrumbs, and bake.

Combine sauce with veggies and transfer to a baking dish; top with extra cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned on top.
