Smoked Salmon Sandwich


(Makes 2) Ingredients: 4 slices of bread, toasted ½ yellow paprika, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 110 grams smoked salmon 6 slices of cucumber, chopped 2 radishes, sliced 4 leaves of lettuce 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice Fresh herbs (optional) Salt, pepper to taste Butter Method: In a bowl combine all veggies, add lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and add herbs. Spread butter on 2 toasted bread, put salmon slices; place salad on the top of the salmon and top with remaining bread.
